We stand behind the quality of our robes with a 30-day guarantee from the moment your order arrives. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns & Refunds:

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Robes must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Process: Contact us at contact@rahatrelief.com to initiate a return. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 7 business days.
• Refunds: You'll receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 21 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
• Defective Items: If your robe arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos or videos of the issue. We'll gladly provide a full refund and a prepaid return shipping label.

Exchanges:

• Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Process: Contact us at contact@rahatrelief.com to initiate an exchange. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for the original robe and ship your new robe once the original is received.
